Role OverviewCommunity Support Services (CSS) provides high quality, person centered, hands on support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily living activities as identified by an individual's habilitation team.
What You Will Do
Review and implement Individualized Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP). Provide support with respect and dignity, monitor physical and emotional health, follow operational policies, submit documentation on time, maintain communication with supervisors and stakeholders, attend required trainings, and adhere to staffing rotation expectations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Meet driver-approved standards as described in the Vehicle Usage Policy
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Dependable transportation with functioning heat, air conditioning, and seat belts
- Prefer one (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities
