Role OverviewAs a Day Program Instructor, you'll support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a day program setting, helping them live safe, fulfilling lives and build trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities may include assisting with daily living skills, supporting medical needs, following individualized support and behavior plans, encouraging community involvement, and working collaboratively as part of a compassionate team.

We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
