Job Description
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Day Program Manager to manage the services delivered to a designated program or set of programs. The Day Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of human resource practices, program planning, health care, finance, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
  • Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services
  • Licensure as required by state
  • Medication Management Certificate issued with the completion of Company provided training
  • Mandatory Reporter Certificate issued with the completion of Company provided training
