What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings. Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team. Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies. Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education. Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.

Requirements
- Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Ability to assess and monitor patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
