Role OverviewThe Day Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Day Services program, supervising Direct Support Professionals and ensuring quality services, regulatory compliance, and person-centered support for individuals receiving services.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, reviewing staff schedules, providing on-call coverage, supervising and training Direct Support Professionals, reviewing documentation, and conducting staff performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
- At least five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, mental health, or other disabilities
- At least three years of supervisory experience
