Role OverviewThe Central Plant Operator monitors and operates large centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers to maintain chill water and hot water loops for airport cooling systems.
What You Will Do
Performs planned maintenance, repairs, modifications, and general facility maintenance tasks. Troubleshoots building infrastructures. Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree in related field is preferred
- Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Central plant or relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under stress, and meet short deadlines
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
