Job Description
Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Day Street Sweeper (CDL-B) – Full-Time to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality.

Requirements

  • Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
  • Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
  • Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
  • Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
  • Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
