Role Overview

The Day Trainer supports adults with developmental disabilities by implementing Individual Service Plans and providing training designed to increase independence, community engagement, life skills, and personal growth.

What You Will Do

Implement Individual Service Plan goals, conduct classes and training activities, document services, progress notes, and incidents, assist individuals in developing life, vocational, and social skills, and transport clients safely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with diverse populations

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of continued auto insurance
