Job Description
The DB Project Manager is responsible for the general oversight and project management of defined benefit administration special project work related to plan termination, lump sum window, and other de-risking projects for the Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting (EBAC) Practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Defined Benefit (DB) administration and de-risking project management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of all regulatory sides of defined benefit plan termination process including IRS and PGBC regulatory requirements and timing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage and track numerous tasks, issues, and projects
  • Ability to manage project scope and client expectations while providing high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to accomplish tasks through others in an environment with no reporting relationship
  • Solid understanding of the defined benefit outsourcing market and product
  • SQL Server proficiency (a plus)
  • CPC, QKA, PMP, or QPA certifications (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to productively respond to change
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
