Job Description
We're adding a DBA Developer to our Enterprise Data team to help support and scale a complex SQL Server environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the health, performance, and structure of our databases, while also contributing to development work that powers reporting and data movement across the business.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a SQL Server DBA or DBA/Developer role
Strong core DBA skills, including backups, security, performance tuning, and environment management
Solid T-SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries and procedures
Experience with SQL Server replication and general high-availability concepts
Hands-on experience with PowerShell or Python for automation
Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, production environment
Comfortable working across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive mindset, someone who brings ideas and is willing to run with them
