Provide support and assistance to the Distribution Center by coordinating workflow within an assigned department and ensuring merchandise is processed and shipped in a safe, timely, accurate, and cost-efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations leadership preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in employee relations
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Multidisciplinary experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Self-directed, multi-tasking, hands on, and action oriented
