Job Description
In this role, you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment to drive a high-performance workforce by providing talent development expertise, building strategic partnerships, and designing and updating learning solutions.
Requirements
Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders, and other Gap Inc HR partners
Provide talent development expertise when assessing capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes
Design and update learning solutions to aid employee growth
Facilitate learning content via multiple vehicles, such as instructor-led training (ILT), leader-led learning, and web-based
Manage project and program implementation to create a seamless and transparent employee experience
Manage budget tracking and expenses
