Requirements

  • Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders, and other Gap Inc HR partners
  • Provide talent development expertise when assessing capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes
  • Design and update learning solutions to aid employee growth
  • Facilitate learning content via multiple vehicles, such as instructor-led training (ILT), leader-led learning, and web-based
  • Manage project and program implementation to create a seamless and transparent employee experience
