Role OverviewThe DC Manager will be responsible for the warehouse day-to-day activities and personnel at the South Bend, IN distribution facility. The role involves managing warehouse operations, leading and developing the warehouse team, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The DC Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse management, proficiency in computer skills, and strong leadership abilities. A bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain is preferred, and at least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management is required.
Requirements
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) prior experience
- SC Expert a plus
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Applications; Excel, Word, Power Point, and M365
- Prior Payroll/HRIS System experience. Paylocity a plus
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Six-Sigma understanding and a Change Management Ambassador
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written, to build professional relationships with internal/external customers and co-workers at all levels
- Strong leadership abilities that will build and manage an efficient and productive team
- Proven track record and experience managing the P&L with the ability to analyze and mitigate cost within the operation
- Uses time effectively, prioritize tasks, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
