Job Description
Role Overview

The DC Team Member II is responsible for determining daily work schedule via work board instructions and receiving directions from Lead Team Member and Supervisor; filling and completing customer orders according to specified instructions; combining orders with same ship identification numbers (ID); performing 6S activities; and assisting and answering DC Team Member I as necessary.

What You Will Do

Performs daily tasks as identified by work board and by receiving directions from Lead Team Member and Supervisor. Works overtime as scheduled. Operates PI equipment in a safe manner. Picks inventory and places in containers; transports to packing lanes; verifies quantity matches with scanner instructions; moves product into final shipping container; labels container to create final shipping unit; confirms into Viad@t; transports to designated shipping area; ensures orders are accurate and efficient, according to company’s established guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 – 17 months of related experience
  • Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred
  • Lean experience preferred
