Role OverviewThe DC Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising activities of regular associates and temporary workers, assessing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires a 'can-do', 'make-it-happen' attitude, with a focus on developing and maintaining an open, engaging labor relations environment.
What You Will Do
The DC Warehouse Supervisor will manage hourly teams, ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise, and prioritize daily work orders and staffing needs to meet production goals. They will also be responsible for accuracy/quality of work, creating an effective team culture, and enforcing policies and safety regulations.
