Role OverviewThe DCM Case Management Supervisor manages a team of Case Managers providing disaster case management services to individuals and families impacted by disasters.
What You Will Do
The Case Management Supervisor ensures staff complete Needs Assessments, develops Service Plans, and makes appropriate community referrals for additional services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in child welfare, emergency disaster response, and/or recovery environments, with a strong preference for bilingual communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields
- 4+ years' prior experience in child welfare, emergency disaster response, and/or recovery environments
- 2+ years in supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Driver's License with clear record
- Daily use of a vehicle without prior notice
- Ability to travel to various locations and have access to reliable transportation
