Job Description
We are hiring for a Deal Execution lead to run the Pre-IPO SPV deal process. This role involves working with the team at MMM Securities to assist in the sourcing of Pre-IPO supply, communicating deal terms and timing, and managing the deal due diligence process.

Requirements

  • Series 7, 79 or equivalent license is preferred but not required
  • Detail oriented
  • Passionate about doing deals
  • Capable of managing a cross functional process across sourcing, due diligence and distribution
  • Obsess over organization and ensure no mistakes are made
