Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is looking for a Dealer Credit Account Analyst to support daily operational activities related to dealer credit lifecycle. The role focuses on managing account-level tasks, assisting with credit line maintenance, monitoring compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Manage and support both retail and wholesale dealer setup processes
  • Support the establishment of credit lines in coordination with Dealer Credit Analysts and Dealer Relationship Managers
  • Communicate proactively with dealers and internal teams to resolve account-related inquiries or issues
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sr. Dealer Credit Analysts, Dealer Credit Analysts, Dealer Relations Managers, Regional Dealer Relation Managers, and Finance partners
  • Participate in the training and development of system enhancements
  • Help onboard new team members by delivering system training and sharing best practices
