Job Description
Table Games Dealer Trainee is hired to learn the table games business, starting with Blackjack and be able to pass the certification to promote to a Table Games dealer position.

Requirements

  • Delivers great customer service by learning core games offered by the property in a friendly and helpful manner with an upbeat/positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
  • Deals games in accordance with internal controls and the New Jersey Division of Gaming regulations and company policy.
  • Learns applicable departmental dealer efficiency metrics.
  • Presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
  • Responsible for learning the protection and control of the game.
  • Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
  • Supports and maintains property courtesy guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
