Role OverviewWe're hiring a Dealership Inventory Specialist to work with automotive dealerships throughout the Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and San Jose areas. This is a full-time field position that keeps you moving throughout the day, traveling to assigned dealerships, working with dealership employees, handling vehicles, and completing inventory-related assignments.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities include traveling to assigned dealerships, checking dealership lots for vehicles, locating vehicle keys, moving vehicles to designated staging areas, capturing vehicle photos and videos, communicating with dealership personnel, and maintaining quality and accuracy while working efficiently.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
- Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
