Job Description
Dealership Warranty Advocate job description: Investigate and resolve Dealerships' warranty issues, communicate with client management and Dealerships, and utilize Automotive Warranty systems for claims review and processing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience required in Dealership Warranty Administration, Warranty-related or Recall-related work at an OEM, or Service Technician experience
  • Ability to work from home
