Job Description
As a Dealership Warranty Advocate at Percepta, you'll be investigating and resolving warranty inquiries, communicating with client management and dealerships, and analyzing trends to improve customer service levels and business performance goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience required in dealership warranty administration, warranty-related or recall-related work at an OEM, or service technician experience at a major automotive dealership
  • Investigating/resolving warranty inquiries and responding to questions/concerns regarding warranty claim submission
