Deals - Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) Intern - Winter 2027. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
  • Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
  • Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
  • Demonstrating knowledge in Capital Markets Transactions
  • Utilizing Alteryx for data automation and analysis
  • Engaging in project management and coordination
  • Applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Participating in organization restructuring initiatives
  • Supporting transaction advisory services activities
