Role OverviewAs a Deals Delivering Deal Value Human Capital Diligence Manager, you will lead human capital diligence work for transactions, bringing together workforce insights, talent assessment, and organizational analysis to help clients evaluate people-related factors that can influence deal value.
What You Will Do
Leading human capital diligence workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and other transaction settings, managing client engagement tasks, evaluating workforce structures, and developing integration strategies.

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Economics, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Psychology/Social Psychology, Social Sciences/Humanities, Marketing
- Demonstrating human capital diligence or transaction support experience
- Managing project workstreams across multiple client engagements
- Analyzing workforce data, organizational structures, and talent impacts
- Coaching teams through performance, feedback, and deliverable reviews
- Applying change management and integration planning in deal settings
- Using technology and digital tools to streamline delivery
