Role OverviewThe Dean of Students will work closely with the Principal to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive learning environment for all students. They will provide operational support, handle discipline-related incidents, and support teachers with classroom management interventions.
What You Will Do
The Dean of Students will be responsible for maintaining a positive climate and learning atmosphere, training staff on classroom management and crisis response, and implementing the Distinctive Schools philosophy and model for responding to Student Code of Conduct violations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Service, Mental Health, School Counseling, or Social Work
- 1 year experience working in an urban setting
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient with cloud-based software solutions (Google Suite)
