As a Dean of Students, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing elective courses, afterschool college preparation programs and workshops, and parent involvement networks. You will ensure the overall security, safety, and well-being of students and staff, and assist the principal in the implementation of CSUSA policies and school oversight.
What You Will Do
Develop and enhance elective courses, afterschool college preparation programs and workshops, and parent involvement networks. Ensure teachers are organized, manage their time well, and cover proper curriculum. Conduct walk-throughs, observe and evaluate teaching, and provide coaching on classroom management. Analyze data from formative and summative assessments, and work with the leadership team to set annual school goals.

Requirements
- Master's degree (MA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent
- Possession of valid teaching certification (as appropriate)
- Professional Certification in Educational Leadership for Applicable State preferred
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years successful teaching experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Command of grades/subject specific content and theoretical knowledge of learning theory
- Understanding of and commitment to company values
- Successful results of criminal and employment background check
