Dean of Students

The Dean of Students will be at the forefront of our institution, responsible for student retention and satisfaction. The Dean will help guide students through their academic career, resolve student concerns, and ensure the highest standards of educational excellence are upheld across all programs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include student retention and satisfaction, resolving student requests/concerns, updating the Complaint Log, and guiding the Gold Team. The Dean will also participate in campus staff and management meetings, and contribute to the campus Retention Meeting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration or instructional capacity
