As a Dean of Students, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing elective courses, afterschool college preparation programs, and workshops. You will also ensure the overall security, safety, and well-being of students and staff.
What You Will Do
You will conduct walk-throughs, report non-compliance to the Principal, and ensure teachers follow curriculum maps to maximize high assessment test scores. You will also work with the Principal, Assistant Principal, and Lead Teachers to observe and evaluate instruction, execution of education, and classroom environment.

Requirements
- Master's degree (MA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent
- Possession of valid teaching certification
- Professional Certification in Educational Leadership for Applicable State
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years successful teaching experience
- Command of grades/subject specific content
- Understanding of and commitment to company values
- Successful results of criminal and employment background check
