Job Description
Debone Technician responsible for performing all positions on the line in Debone, rotating positions as needed, and participating as a member of the Team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in all Debone production work on a rotation basis
  • Perform all positions on the line in Debone
  • Rotate positions as needed to include cutting breasts, wings; pulling skin; using a saw; loading product; tray packing and any other position in Debone
  • Participate as a member of the Team
  • Foster strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues
  • Maintain familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems
  • Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
