Job Description
Team members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Duties include operating POS systems, handling cash, and cleaning duties. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher.

Requirements

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations
  • General cleaning duties
  • Compliance with company dress code
  • Operating POS system
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
  • Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
  • Up selling/Suggestive selling
  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Abiding by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods
  • Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
  • Reading and understanding training materials
  • Conducting in-theatre inspections
  • Monitoring picture and sound quality
  • Maintaining a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
  • Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows
  • Maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
  • Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
  • Assisting with all opening and closing duties
