Role OverviewThe Deli-Bakery/Asst Dept Leader will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, achieving sales and profit goals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. They will also be responsible for training and developing associates, adhering to company guidelines and regulations, and promoting trust and respect among associates.
What You Will Do
The Deli-Bakery/Asst Dept Leader will prepare deli/bakery items, slice meats and cheeses, offer product samples, provide customers with fresh products, and inform and educate department associates on promotions. They will also assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, expense control, profit/loss reviews, and take appropriate action on all financial reports.
