Deli Clerk

Assist customers in their shopping experience by providing assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. This position formally reports to the Deli Manager.

What You Will Do

Ensure all equipment, food prep areas, dishes, and utensils are cleaned in accordance with Food Safety and Guidelines. Provide assistance to prep cook and kitchen as needed.

Requirements

• A food handling permit must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment.
• Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino’s Learning Plan.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
