Job Description
Uwajimaya is a vibrant cultural destination seeking a Deli Cook to provide excellent customer service and perform various cooking tasks. The ideal candidate will prioritize a friendly and approachable demeanor, follow health department and company policies, and maintain a clean and organized deli department.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a Food Handler's Card
  • Have prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products (preferred)
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Possess basic math proficiency and familiarity with ten-key/calculator
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
