Role OverviewThe Deli Specialist will work in any one of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The role requires a 'can-do' attitude, commitment, and a positive energy to work every day. The team member will strive for excellence and bring a warm, welcoming, memorable experience to our guests.
What You Will Do
The Deli Specialist will ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, execute planograms, coordinate with department leadership, verify deliveries, and follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
