Role OverviewThe Delinquency Analyst is responsible for resolving past-due employer accounts in accordance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Benefit Funds' Collection Policy. This role requires sound judgment and analytical decision-making in evaluating delinquencies, administering payment plans, and reconciling employer accounts.
What You Will Do
Process benefit shortage claims, review pay stubs and employer contribution records, communicate with employers, and prepare calculations of past-due contributions for delinquent employers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
