Role OverviewJoin the Frank Beverage Group Family of Companies as a Delivery Driver Lead. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of beer and/or liquor to customer accounts. The Driver Lead oversees the training of team members on delivery and safety protocols, handles relief routes as needed, and collaborates with management to maintain high team performance standards.
What You Will Do
Deliver pre-ordered products to various customers within our distribution territory. Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs, at customer sites. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Valid Class A CDL and Fed Med card is required
- Forklift and power jack certification required
- Certification in operating forklifts and electric power jacks required
- 1-2 years of experience in the industry preferred
