Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products and related supplies to customers throughout the Boston, 495 North & South, Route 128 North & South, and/or Rhode Island areas. This position plays a key role in providing dependable service, protecting product quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting company safety and delivery standards.

What You Will Do

Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck and complete assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently. Ensure fresh flowers and related products are delivered on time and in excellent condition. Provide professional, responsive customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ability to work in warehouse and refrigerated cooler environments, including temperatures of approximately 34°F, and the ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles, including 16-foot box trucks or larger.
• Proficiency operating a 16-foot refrigerated box truck.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain required DOT medical certification; CDL is not required.
• Acceptable driving record, subject to company review.
• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Ability to use maps and GPS for route planning and navigation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively in refrigerated and warehouse environments.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
