Role OverviewAs a Delivery Driver with Room & Board, you'll create exceptional customer experiences while representing our employee-owned company and premium brand. You'll be part of a three-person team, rotating between local deliveries and warehouse operations. You'll help bring high-quality home furnishings into customers' homes throughout the San Francisco area, navigating dense city traffic, multi-store buildings, stairs, and other physically demanding environments.
What You Will Do
You'll prepare merchandise for delivery through product staging, assembly, inspection, and quality checks. Every day is active, collaborative, and focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
- Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure effective communication with your delivery partner, internal teams and customers
- Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire
