Role OverviewThe Delivery Lead is responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple teams, products, and technology domains. This role operates primarily at a Value Stream Level, partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.

The Delivery Lead will play a key role in delivery planning, execution, leadership, dependency and risk management, reporting and transparency, governance and operational excellence, coaching and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Experience working in the investment management function at an asset management firm or similar.
- Strong communication skills with experience of working with demanding stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience as a Release Train Engineer, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or equivalent leadership role within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery initiatives.
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience managing distributed global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of dependency management, risk management, governance and delivery reporting.
- Experience with Agile delivery tooling, including Jira and associated reporting platforms.
- SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile qualifications desirable.
