Role OverviewAs a Delivery Manager at Xebia, you will lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects, including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. You will develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation effectively. You will direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading post-implementation evaluations, assessing system performance, identifying process improvements, and informing future technology initiatives. You will also serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, end-users, and external partners, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems
- five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems/Application Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related position
