Role OverviewAs a Delivery Manager at o9, you will participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercare, creating a detailed project plan, tracking plan vs. actuals, and providing detailed project status to stakeholders. You will also document vacation schedules, approve timesheets and invoices, and ensure each team member knows their tasks and deliverables. The role requires experience in supply chain planning solutions, project management, and knowledge of project management principles and artifacts.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- PMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain solutions
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts
- Knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills
- Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones
