Role OverviewThis role combines governance & controls with delivery excellence & project management enablement within a SaaS-oriented delivery model. The Delivery Operations Excellence Partner will drive consistency, rigor, and quality in project management governance across Delivery Operations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining standard project lifecycle governance, maintaining and driving adoption of governance models, owning project health KPIs standards, and establishing feedback loops & forums for risks and lessons learned.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting project, program, or portfolio governance within delivery operations or PMO
- Experience supporting the application of project scope control, change management standards, projects health KPIs, risk management across multiple projects
- Demonstrated involvement in milestone planning and acceptance practices
- Strong foundation in applying governance frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to lessons learned, knowledge repositories, retrospectives, and turning delivery insights into actionable change
