Job Description
We are looking for a Brand Representative to represent Dell and build relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores. The ideal candidate is a “people-person” who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail
Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
