Role OverviewThe Demand Planner will manage inventory health, support forecast development, and the monthly S&OP cycle. This person will monitor demand signals, analyze data, and help translate analysis into actionable supply recommendations. The role is ideal for a curious, data-driven planner who wants mentorship and exposure across the end-to-end planning process.
What You Will Do
Forecasting and analytics: Monitor forecast accuracy, maintain planning parameters, and maintain forecasting template. S&OP support: Provide inventory purchase recommendations based on sales forecast and prepare callouts for cross-functional discussion and alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or business analytics, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to BI tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or business analytics
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to BI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
