Role OverviewThe Demand Planner will own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned product categories, continuously improving forecast quality while aligning cross-functional teams around a single demand plan. This role is crucial to FCP Euro's mission to plan for, source, procure, and deliver the right products at the right time with the most optimized cost and quality to customers.
What You Will Do
The Demand Planner will own monthly demand planning and forecasting for assigned product categories, continuously improve forecast accuracy, and lead monthly Consensus meetings for assigned categories. The role will also involve translating business initiatives into accurate demand plans, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with Supply Planning to communicate material forecast changes.

Requirements
- BA or equivalent in a related area (supply chain, finance, engineering, economics)
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning in a high SKU count environment
- Experience operating within an IBP framework
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large data sets into meaningful business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment
