Role OverviewThe Demand Planner will lead and refine demand forecast per commercial segment, providing strong support for sales and operations planning activities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include tracking and measuring forecast versus actual performance, analyzing variances, and leading corrective actions. The Demand Planner will also create and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in demand forecast planning and analysis, supply chain, accounting, and sales perspective, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or another related supply chain field
- 3+ years of experience working with demand forecast plan/analysis; supply chain, accounting, sales perspective
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- ERP planning experience required, Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP preferred
