Role OverviewAs a Demolition Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments. This is not a typical job.
What You Will Do
Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts, perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services, communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress situations, work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards.

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situations
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-call
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Restoration experience is a plus—but we will train the right person
