Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex engineering projects that support and enhance energy infrastructure assets, including refinery, power generation, midstream and pipeline operations. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing projects to improve operational efficiency, safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 15+ years of engineering experience
  • 10-12 years demonstrated experience delivering engineering projects in operating refinery environments
  • Strong background in refining processes, equipment, and best practices
  • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • In-depth knowledge of refining process units, infrastructure and supporting systems
  • Familiarity with applicable industry regulations and standards (such as OSHA, EPA, API, ASME)
  • Proficiency in engineering and process design tools, including AutoCAD, Aspen HYSYS, or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
