Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the effective execution of refinery projects within a portfolio. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities to drive value, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of medium to large-scale refinery projects
  • Develop and implement portfolio management processes, tools, and key performance indicators
  • Maintain an integrated view of customer objectives and optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with company and project policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual business plans and drive strategic business growth
  • Provide oversight for portfolio execution and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Monitor and manage financial performance and drive continuous improvement
