Job Description
A leading fashion design house is seeking a Senior Denim Designer to lead the design and development of women's and juniors' denim assortments from concept to production. The ideal candidate is a true denim expert with a strong design identity and ability to merge creativity with commercial needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of denim design experience
  • Proven experience designing for private label mass retailers (Walmart or Sam's Club experience preferred)
  • Strong background in branded denim with the ability to adapt to various brand aesthetics
  • Deep knowledge of denim fabrications, wash processes, and construction techniques
  • Ability to merge creativity with commercial needs—designing for volume, price, and margin goals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems, and tech pack creation
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and cross-team collaboration skills
